Remains of a beheaded man were found in the Colonia 10 de Abril in the municipality of Naucalpan, Estado de México, Mexico. Municipal police reported that the beheaded man’s body and head were found in the Ruben Alvarez Street next to the river. The identity of the deceased has not yet been determined.
Estado de México has seen a surge in violence with dozens of people executed in the last few weeks.
